Kitroom is a community sports asset management and booking platform built for real-world conditions — muddy boots, rainy training sessions, and chaotic Monday morning kit audits. It helps clubs, schools, and community teams manage, track, book, and maintain equipment, people, and facilities.
Kitroom is built for clubs, schools, and activity organisations that need control over equipment and usage; administrators and committees who want full visibility and maintenance tracking; coaches, managers, and players who need simple self-service booking; and parents and volunteers who want easy handovers and accountability.
Navigate to the Teams page from the main menu, click the ‘Create Team’ button, enter the team details (name, sport, logo), assign a coach, and click save. You can then start adding players and equipment to your team.
Kitlocs are storage locations such as sheds, changing rooms, cupboards, equipment cages, or storage bins. Each item is linked to a Kitloc for easy tracking. You can create multiple Kitlocs to organise equipment across different physical locations.
Kitroom is available on iOS and Android mobile apps, as well as through a web browser portal for desktop and tablet use.
